Helping Change Leaders was formed during 2005 in response to demand from leaders for academically rigorous advice delivered with professional expertise.

Its purpose is 'Helping Change Leaders' through both
  • consultancy support to change leadership and
  • coaching support to leadership development

This support is delivered through exploring and sharing principles which, when applied, result in improved individual, team, and organisational performance.  Delivery vehicles include seminars, consultancy interventions, team and individual coaching, as well as publishing - both in academic journals and via this website.
